What's the total investment to get started?
What's the total investment to get started? Training is $2,500. Everything else — store builds, inventory, ongoing support — is tailored to where you are and where you want to go. We'll build a custom plan together after your application.
Will you accept multiple partners in my area?
It depends on the market. We're committed to helping every partner thrive, so we review applications on a case-by-case basis and consider market saturation before accepting new partners.
How much are the monthly fees to run the online store?
Monthly costs typically run $250-$400, covering your store platform, delivery tools, and payment processing. These are third-party fees, not charged by us.
What if my area already has balloon delivery businesses?
Competition validates the market. Our training teaches you how to stand out with premium quality and presentation.
How long until I can start selling?
Most partners are ready to take their first order within 4 weeks of training.

What if I already have a balloon business?
This training will fill in the gaps, optimize your operations, and give you access to Post Worthy Supply.
What's the refund policy?
Due to digital access and supplier information, all sales are final.
Store Build Questions
Do I pay digital monthly fees separately?
Yes. Shopify charges its own monthly fee starting at $105/month. The other apps also carry aditional monthly costs. This is separate from our build fee.
Do I need to complete Training first?
Yes. Store Build is only available to certified Post Worthy partners who have completed the Training.
Why does the price vary?
Every build is different. Price depends on your existing setup, customization level, and product catalog size.
How long does it take?
Our goal is to have the store live 30 days from receiving payment.
What if I need revisions?
One round of revisions is included. Additional changes can be scoped separately.
Wholesale Questions
Do I need to complete Training first?
Yes. Wholesale access is only available to certified Post Worthy partners.
Does this include balloons and helium?
No. This is a specialty supply shop for finishing touches, personalization, and packaging. Balloons and helium are sourced through vendors we recommend in Training.
Are there minimum orders after the first package?
No. Once you're a partner, you can reorder any quantity, anytime.
Can I buy individual products or just packages?
Opening inventory is package-only. After that, you can order individual products as needed.
When do supplies ship?
Supplies ship when you're ready to launch. We'll coordinate timing with you.
